We deliver to the following counties: Comal, Bexar, Hays, Kendall, Blanco, Guadalupe & Travis.

Our delivery fees range between $40-$120 depending on your location. 
-Comal County: $40
-Hays, Kendall, Blanco: $70
-Bexar, Guadalupe: $90
-Travis: $120

A typical setup usually takes between 30-60 minutes. 

04. WHAT SURFACES CAN YOU SETUP ON?

We can setup our bounce houses on most surfaces including grass(most ideal!), turf, concrete & asphalt. However, we cannot setup on dirt, gravel or rocks. Depending on the location of setup, we will secure the bounce houses with either sand bags or stakes.

We will arrive to setup our bounce houses 1-2 hours prior to your party time listed on your booking form. We will confirm a 30 minute window the week of your event.

We will pickup your rentals 30-60 minutes after the end of the party time listed on your booking form. In our experience, nobody wants a party to end and friends and family tend to stick around a little longer than expected so we suggest taking that into consideration when filling out your booking form!

To reserve rentals, simply fill out our inquiry form on our website. You may click any "book now" button, or CLICK HERE!

This form will provide us with all of the information needed to provide you with a custom quote pertaining to your requested rentals, date, time & location.

We will connect back with you within 24 hours of receiving your booking form!

Yes! To secure the date & time of your event, we require a 50%, non-refundable deposit. Your rental reservation will not be secured until your deposit has been received. 

That being said, we fully understand that life gets wild and sometimes things are out of our control. If you need to cancel your event, we will gladly apply your deposit to reserve another rental within a one year time frame.

To keep it easy, all remaining balances are automatically charged to the card on file two (2) days prior to your event unless specified differently upon reservation. If you'd like to pay ahead of time or would like to use a different card, let us know and we will make it happen!

During periods of wild weather such as rain with a 50% chance or more, winds exceeding 18mph, thunderstorms or snow, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation to ensure the safety of our clients and rentals.

Sure do! 
 
A 15% discount will be offered to all active military, veterans, first responders, doctors, nurses & teachers. 

This is just a small gesture of our appreciation to say thank you for all of your services and sacrifice!

All quotes will be valid for 72 hours from the time they are sent. After that window of time, availability cannot be guaranteed and may be subject to change.

Of course! Who doesn't love a last minute party?! However, this is all pending availability but we'll do our absolute best to accommodate any requests we receive. 

GENERAL

Our goal is to deliver pristine rentals to all of our clients and in order to do so we kindly ask that these items steer clear of our bounce houses:
-Shoes
-Sharp Objects
-Chalk
-Slime
-Crayons & Markers
-Food & Drinks
-Confetti
-Smoke Bombs
-Face Paint**

**Face paint can cause permanent damage to our bounce houses & will compromise the quality of our rentals. Therefore, we kindly ask that you refrain from using face paint when our bounce houses are present. 

PLEASE NOTE: All rentals will be inspected upon pick-up. If face paint is found on one of our bounce houses, a $500 cleaning fee will be applied. In some cases, if we cannot remove the face paint, the bounce house may need to be fully replaced at market cost. 

In order to deliver impeccable rentals to our clients, we tend to our equipment with much detail and care and ask that you do the same!

Sure is! 

For a seamless delivery:
1. Scope the desired location for your rental to be set up. If items need to be cleared out, cleaned up or rearranged, please have this completed prior to our arrival at your designated time frame. 

2. Please review our policies. If you have questions or concerns, please ask us!

3. Don't let it rain on your parade...please make sure your sprinklers are turned off. 

We'll shoot you a text 30 minutes before arrival to help you better prepare for your rentals!

We all love a good party and sometimes accidents happen so here's the low-down on our damage policy:

All bounce houses are cleaned & sanitized prior to your rager. We also inspect our rentals before and after set-up. If you notice damage prior to the beginning of your event, immediately give us a ring so we can help make it right! 

Examples of damage:
-Rips or tears in the material or seams of the bounce house
-Damage to the bounce house blower
-Broken legs on tables of chairs

Should we retrieve our rentals with new damage like the examples mentioned above, due to negligence, we may have to take action to repair and/or replace which may incur damage costs. 

Quick note: Dirt and other miscellaneous debris are totally normal.

We want every party to be a success and ask for your help in keeping our rentals pristine!

Each of our bounce houses are clearly labeled with weight capacity information and maximum number of people. You can also find these details under the description of each bounce house in our inventory section.

We take great pride in all of our rentals! Rest assured that our attention to detail, and neat-freak tendencies will carry over into our care and cleaning procedures. 

Each of our bounce houses are thoroughly vacuumed, scrubbed and sanitized with hospital-grade disinfectants.
